Behind the walls
A digitally curated collection, 2020
From Wuhan to Bergamo, from Madrid to New York City, the daily hell unfolding behind hospitals' walls became a global nightmare haunting us all.
We witnessed incredibly stories of heroism, global applause and survival. We also witnessed the numbers of sick and dying rising above what we could have ever foreseen, heartbroken healthcare heroes making daily sacrifices, and loved, unforgettable, beautiful people dying alone.
This exhibition is with immense love, and for the memory of all the irreplaceable family members, friends and neighbours we lost in the pandemic.
